memories of grandpa, late mr peh cuan lim
Grandpa passed away 2 weeks ago, 10 jan 09 0704hrs..recieved a call from the hospital while at work..
came as a shock..
told sister tan about it..she asked if i wan to go home for preparing the wake..
i didnt go back home immediately..stay back and finish my duty till 7 pm..
my grandfather..late mr peh cuan lim..
my 1st 7 years of my life..
took care of me..
he is always there with me when i go for my pre-school..
carried me to my pre-school..
so i am close to him and grandma..
on the 9 jan 09..
i visited him at 1830hrs..
chat with him for a while..
he told me that he is going home the next day..
i told him that great..
will see him at home..
i left at 1845hrs..
but on the 10 jan 09..
at 0645 hrs, he collaspe..
after that he is gone..
i am haooy and felt relieve that he didnt suffer much when he go..
7 days wake..
everyday i just stay at the wake as long as possible..
just wan to spend the last 7 days with him as long as possible..
on the 16 jan 09, we went to mandai for cremention..
last journey was a very painful..cos i know after that day.
grandpa is no longer with us..
yesterday was new yr eve..suppose to be reunion dinner with him and grandma..
but he is not there..
sometimes at grandma place..
i can still imagine what he will do at that time and where he will be..
ah gong..we will remember you always..
